Dole Crossing
Dole Crossing is our award-winning neighborhood located in downtown Crystal Lake. Created with the vision of community and new traditional architecture in mind, we successfully built one of the most impressive developments in recent memory. Surrounding a community area with a gazebo, Dole Crossing was a small development in terms of the number of parcels at just 21. Completed in 2004, the in-fill project won numerous awards including the “Pride in Crystal Lake Award” or PICA Award, a first for a home builder or development. Dole Crossing is a green building development before the green construction trend became mainstream. Dole Crossing was built on the former greenhouses of Flowerwood, this reuse of prime Crystal Lake property provides its residents a great community feel where you know your neighbors.
Located just steps from downtown Crystal Lake, residents are within walking distance of all of the shops, restaurants, bars, Metra train station and the amazing Raue Center for the Arts.
